End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Voicle ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Voicle application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Voicle application ("App") on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and the compilation thereof) are owned by Voicle or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of voice recordings and content you create within the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Voicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. Voicle does not endorse any User Content and assumes no liability for any content posted by users.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the App, including but not limited to finding a romantic partner.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICLE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voicle and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. App Store Compliance

Apple App Store: If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

Google Play Store: If you downloaded the App from Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the App or this Agreement.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

13. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. You agree to install any updates that we make available. We may also modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Voicle regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
