How do I record a good quality voice message?

For best results: Use a quiet environment, speak clearly at normal volume, hold your phone 6-8 inches from your mouth, and ensure good cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Our app automatically optimizes audio quality.
Can I edit or delete voice messages after sending?

Once sent, voice messages cannot be edited. However, you can delete messages within 1 hour of sending. After 24 hours, all voice messages are automatically deleted for privacy.
Why can't I hear voice messages clearly?

Check your device volume, ensure your phone speaker isn't blocked, try using headphones, or check your internet connection. If issues persist, contact our technical support.

How does landmark-based matching work?

Instead of using exact GPS coordinates, we use nearby public landmarks (coffee shops, parks, shopping centers) to suggest matches within your preferred radius. This protects your exact location while enabling local connections.
Can someone see my exact location?

No, never. We only show general landmark areas (within 5km radius) and never reveal your exact address, workplace, or real-time location. Your privacy is protected by design.
How do I change my location preferences?

Go to Settings > Location Preferences to adjust your matching radius, add or remove landmark areas, and control location-based features. You can pause location matching anytime.

How is my voice data protected?

All voice messages are end-to-end encrypted, automatically deleted after 24 hours, and never stored permanently on our servers. We use zero-knowledge architecture - even we can't access your private conversations.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Use the report button in any conversation or profile. Our safety team reviews all reports within 6 hours. For emergencies, contact local authorities first, then report to us.
Can I block someone?

Yes, you can block any user instantly. Blocked users cannot contact you, see your profile, or match with you. They won't be notified that they've been blocked.

How does voice-only matching work?

Our algorithm analyzes voice patterns, tone, and conversational style (not content) along with your preferences to suggest compatible matches. It's about finding voices that resonate with you.
Why aren't I getting matches?

Try expanding your location radius, updating your preferences, or recording a new voice intro. Be patient - quality matches take time. Our system prioritizes compatibility over quantity.
How long do conversations last?

Conversations remain active as long as both users are engaged. Individual voice messages are deleted after 24 hours, but the conversation thread persists until either user chooses to end it.
